Poem Under The Breath of Love Sotto il soffio dell’amore
Under The Breath Of Love by Renato Nale
Under The Breath Of Love
The half-opened eyes
in a suffused light
the eyelids crossed
by a gentle tremble,
you come down to embrace the soul
at the bottom of a narrow corridor
at night to beg her
to give you again the joy
of a tender abandon.
Your loving desires
share with the shadow
moments of rapture.
Your lips tremble
and sough words,
under the breath of love,
with a deep sigh
risen from the heart.
