Rialto Bridge, located in Venice, is a human bridge: you can cross it only on foot.
The bridge has a single arch and seems to have been built in this way to allow the passage of galleys or warships and trading ships.
Most of the bridge is composed of stairs.
On the bridge along the central walk, under the arcades, we find the shops that sell handicrafts produced in Venice and surrounding areas.
By the balustrades on the either side of the bridge you can enjoy the view of Gran Canal.
